What is Integrative Coaching?
Coaching and counselling both facilitate a positive, healing relationship between the therapist or coach and client that is the medium for change. Coaching is quite different to counselling even though they are not dissimilar in some respects. The key difference is that counselling is process centred where coaching focuses more on solutions. Coaching deals with your relationship with the present and future, whilst counselling explores the relationship between your past and present.
