About Bowen Therapy

Many people ask Michael what Bowen Therapy is and how it can help them. Whilst it can be difficult to describe the method, most people are hooked after one treatment. Many people are referred by their friend and family members. If unsure, feel free to contact Michael via email or phone for an sincere answer if he thinks Bowen can help you.

Bowen Therapy can be described advanced form of healing using gentle but profound moves. Specific areas of the body are targeted that relate to the ailment in question, and patients often report noticing improvements immediately after the treatment is over.

Throughout the treatment, there are necessary pauses between sets of procedures. These pauses allow the previous sets of moves to take effect on the central nervous system and bring about change from within the body.
