My journey began with chronic sciatic pain and a commitment to a 4-day seminar with Tony Robbins. If you know anything about Tony’s seminars, they go from 9 am to 10/11 pm. I almost didn’t attend the seminar because of the pain and thought how am I ever going to be able to participate at 100%, let alone sit for that period of time? But I attended and so glad I did! That is where I got my first taste of being pain-free, aligned and full of energy! Literally, 8 minutes of exercises and the pain dissipated.
My journey with this method started as a client and as my body aligned and my limitations vanished. I just knew I had to make it my life mission to show people how easy it is to Live your Life WITHOUT Pain and Limitations!
