WHY IS FITNESS IMPORTANT?

Fitness can improve your overall sense of wellbeing, making you feel happier with your physical appearance.

Regular exercise can:
  • Lower your blood pressure
  • Lower your risk of diabetes
  • Reverse your diabetes
  • Reduce your dependence on some medication
  • Improve your bones health.
  • Lower your risk of Bowel and other cancers.
  • Reduce the symptoms and risk of depression.
  • Increase your productivity
  • Help you to lose weight.
  • Enhance your sex life (WoooHooo!)

The benefits of regular exercise are many!

Before starting a new exercise program you should consider:
  • Any pre- existing health issues or injuries.
  • Integrating age-appropriate exercises.
  • How long is it since you last did any exercise?
  • What is your current weight?
  • What kind of exercise do you enjoy?
  • Is the gym environment one you feel comfortable in?
  • Are you more motivated when training in a small group? or
  • Are you more suited to personal training?
  • How often should I be training?

Should I be professionally assessed before starting an exercise program?
Would a program specifically designed to meet my needs and goals be a good choice?.
Do I need help creating a new & healthier eating plan?

If you would like us to help you as you begin your new fitness regime, or would like some input on how to change your existing routine, call Lance on 02 4365 0123 to hear about what we have to offer.
