Emotions such as anger, fear, grief and a number of others can negatively affect us long after the original event that caused them. When our body starts to fail and “let go” of these emotions we can find ourselves with unexplained aversions, destructive beliefs, self-sabotaging behaviours, phobias and many chronic physical issues.
We utilise an approach that is called Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) to highlight, and to help you to let go of harmful emotional patterns. Using NET, we are able to identify these stuck, negatively charged emotions stored in your body and help to release them. You will form an emotional picture or snapshot of the original triggering event. Your body will assume an emotional state similar to the way it originally reacted. Then, we will contact, or ask you to contact, a specific point in the body that stores the emotion. This helps your body to release the unresolved emotion. It’s that simple. After the correction, many clients report feeling that a heavyweight has been taken off their shoulders.
