At times, an event or life circumstance can disrupt the natural flow of a joyful life such as: job loss, relationship breakdown, birth of a baby, death of a loved one. 

These events can often cause disruptions to the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health of the individual.

To process change or loss in a way that creates resolution and future focus, develops capcity to move forward in a healthy way.

Therapy approaches such as Positive Psychology, Solution Focussed Therapy and Expressive Therapies are known to be helpful for short term counselling and are available to you at Your Life In Colour.
