About my Usui Reiki journey
Reiki found its way to me in 2002, when I signed up for Reiki 1 attunement without any understanding for Reiki. Little did I know the impact Reiki would have on my life and be forever changed for the better.
Each Reiki level is in most part an apprenticeship. It takes guidance, practice of technique and growth of skills. It was in 2008 I received Reiki 2 attunement. This 'apprenticeship phase' increased my psychic awareness and again allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the benefits for myself and my clients. In 2009, it was deeply humbling to attune as Reiki Master -teacher.
I am affiliated with the Australian Reiki Connection, for shared values with regard to traditional Usui Reiki methods and training.
Reiki treatments - I have specialised in Reiki treatments in Private Practice over the past 13 years with people of all ages with success in areas of focus towards:
- Emotional stability and well-being
- Increased sense of relaxation and calm
- Deeper connection with self and spirituality
- Reduction in symptoms of anxiety and depression - focus on the Autonomic Nervous System
- Supporting chronic physical condition *research has demonstrated positive effects and reduction in pain medication usage
- Assists recovery from surgery - pre-op treatment
Additionally, Reiki treatments can provide:
- Psychic messages shared at the completion of the Reiki treatment
- Chakra balancing

Step 3 - Turn up
Reiki sessions are 60 or 90 minutes in duration.
60 minutes - $140 per session.
90 minutes - $195 per session
