Art Express has been specifically designed for people looking to shine a light on their inner happiness by getting in touch with the elusive feelings of joy, clarity, and peace in a safe and supported environment.
This is one of the most requested programs run by Your Life In Colour and is a focus group for adults experiencing depression, apathy, or mental exhaustion that may be seeking a different style of counselling.
This 4-session program can assist you to identify what happiness looks like for you. It is facilitated in a small group by a qualified expressive therapy counsellor/psychotherapist.
Individuals will be guided every step of the way through the visualisation, painting and journaling process that allows you to uncover the real you by exploring different aspects of expressive art as part of the healing process.
All art supplies and journal included. Tea, coffee, and afternoon tea is supplied.
No painting or drawing experience is necessary for success!
