Wellbeing workshops are a lovely way to learn new tools and strategies, reflect, share with others and nurture yourself.
Wellbeing workshops provide a unique opportunity to meet similar minded individuals who are going through similar struggles. I conduct private wellbeing workshops and can customise these to meet the requires of organisations, including the not for profit and corporate sectors. Some workshops topics incorporate self-care, stress management, managing difficult emotions, self-compassion, mindfulness, gratitude, self-massage, and mood.
