Zen Shiatsu & Counselling - Counselling Services
What is Counselling?
Counselling is a way of addressing and resolving issues. It is a process that focuses on enhancing the psychological well-being of the client, such that the client is then able to reach his/her full potential.
It can involve identifying options and choosing between them, learning new skills to cope better with problems, gaining greater understanding of what is occurring, or being supported while recovering from some significant life event.
As a Counsellor I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgmental environment in which you can:
Obtain clarity and perspective on an issue;
Receive the support you need to resolve issues and make decisions;
Deal with negative feelings and emotions;
Explore personal resources and develop new skills.
