What is Pranic Healing?

Pranic Healing uses the life energy called prana in creating health and a sense of well being in a person. It is based on the fundamental principle that the human body has the innate ability of healing itself. The prana manifests itself as a glowing field of light and colours around the body. The healing process consists of two steps. Pranic Healing provides treatment of the aura to help heal the physical body. Then, the physical body heals itself using its healthy energy system. 

Pranic Healing follows two simple principles. One is that the physical body can heal itself, and the other is that adding a catalyst into the session can speed up the healing process. That catalyst is called prana. The pranic healer uses their hands to cleanse and energize the energy field of the person with fresh prana, thereby triggering the body's healing process.

During a healing session, the practitioner cleanses the client's aura first. Using broad, circular hand movements, the negative energy is processed and released. Once the aura has been cleansed, the energising process follows wherein the healer transfers new energy to the client.    

Pranic healing can also be performed from a distance. Long distance healing is based on the connectedness of people with each other through the energy field of the earth. The client doesn't need to disrobe since Pranic Healing is a no-touch modality. They may opt to sit comfortably on a chair or lie down on a massage table. Throughout the healing session, the client should keep their palms facing upward and touch the tip of their tongue to the roof of their mouth to complete the energy cycle in their body.

The healing session can be done in a face-to-face setting or from a distance via phone or through an online videoconferencing platform like Zoom.
