With regular practice of Kundalini Yoga you may see an increase in your energy level, a reduction in your stress level, an improvement in your strength and flexibility and a heightened level of oneness with the universe.
During class you will be shown different levels of a posture from the very easy level to advanced. You choose what suits you.
If you have an injury or illness your teacher will adapt movements to suit your body.
Your health and well being are always your teachers top priority.

Regular Kundalini Yoga morning and evening classes are offered and run for 1.5 hours allowing you to enjoy your experience in a relaxed environment.
You will experience a combination of Kriyas (sequenced and timed movements /postures), Mudras (specific hand positions), Bhandas (body locks), Pranayam (breathing techniques) and Meditation.
Conscious Pregnancy Classes come and share the wonderment of new life in a caring and sharing environment.
Experience Kundalini yoga, Meditation and Natural childbirth support. Courses are run over 6 weeks
Tranquil Gentle Yoga this class has gentle and slow paced movements combined with breath and meditation. It is beneficial for a wide range of health concerns including Strokes, Diabetes, Heart conditions, Arthritis, Fibromyalgia, Back pain, Osteoporosis and Cancer recovery.
Radiant Child's Yoga the regular practise of yoga can enhance a child’s confidence and wellbeing and may increase the child’s ability to calm down and focus.
It is a fun, creative program that is non threatening and inclusive to every child.
This program is also being run throughout several schools in the Mackay district.

Breath into Life Series Would you like to reduce your stress level in less than one hour?
This session is offered to individuals, groups, and workplaces.
Come and learn several breathing strategies to facilitate coping with
stress and stressful situations caused by the workplace, working with the public and life’s pressures.
This session has been conducted at several mine sites and local business of Mackay with very positive results
Yoga for Back Pain this session has gentle and slow paced movements aimed at strengthening your back muscles and the muscles that support your back - the abdominals.
The healing properties of Kundalini Yoga combined with meditation will assist you in becoming stronger and more flexible.
Workshops and Courses are run regularly and topics include
Beginners, Women’s Healing, Women and Hormones, Meditation, Mantra, Yoga for Stress Reduction,
Conscious Communication, Yoga for Couples,
Yoga for Depression and Anxiety, Yoga for a Healthier You, Mummy and Me (babies and new mums)
