Yolanda is a wonderful communicator and manages to clearly un-complicate the complicated. She is passionate and compassionate.


Yolanda is not an ordinary person and her sessions with you will be extraordinary. She will work with you on your issues to assist you in finding the balance that is right for you.

Her life has not been easy and she has overcome adversity and barriers which might well have defeated others. She was raised in an orphanage from a baby to the age of seven. She was homeless and required to totally self-support herself from the vulnerable age of fifteen.

Yolanda started on her path to self discovery in her early twenties. For many years she conducted the empowering Personal Development course 'Powerful Planning'. She is selfless in sharing her wisdom and knowledge for those who are also interested in finding true joy and meaning to their own lives ... a better life!

She believes that daily life is a constant learning ground and forever evolving and that life itself is the teacher. She believes it’s how we handle what occurs in our every-day lives (good or bad) and how we evolve from this into better people.

Yolanda is a warm, funny, inspiring teacher and presenter … now in her youthful mid-50’s, she is truly a living testimony to the positive benefits of her teachings.

The ancient teachings of Yoga say 'Our body is the temple which houses our Soul'. The 'holistic' practice of Hatha Yoga stretches and strengthens our body and nurtures our Soul.

The Yoga style is classical HATHA ... uniquely 'Yolanda-style' and very do-able.

Her classes are holistic and nurturing, incorporating yogic breathing (pranayama), deep relaxation (yoga nidra), Chakra clearing-energising and a philosophy for positive daily living.

Her beautiful studio/sanctuary is a true haven for peace and calm in a busy city and is set up for comfort... the floor is heated in winter and is naturally cooled in summer.

Yoga class maximum attendees at any session is only 12... bliss!

I originally went to see Yolanda to help me with a phobia, little did I know at the time that she would change my life. The sessions, which involved counselling and hypnotherapy, not only helped with my phobia but showed me a new way of approaching and living life. ... the problem was I didn't know how to relax, I never had, I'd go home and I'd think about work or something else, never able to switch off and I started having panic attacks. Someone suggested I learn Meditation.
