Yoga is an amazing modality that can help you physically, emotionally and mentally. Classes are open to all levels of fitness and you do not need to be flexible to do yoga! All students are welcome, beginners and experienced students alike!
From the workplace to the home, from the boardroom to the building site, employees, employers, dads, mums, students and grandparents… anxiety and stress can affect us all. In an individual stress management session we will work closely to explore your own relationship with stress and any factors that may be contributing to anxiety and how you individually react to stress. We will then work together to highlight the most appropriate methods for you that can apply immediately in your life. The session is customised as there is no one size fits all method that suits all individuals and lifestyles. I provide stress management session on a one on one basis, as a workshop or in the workplace.
