Jayme Rushton is a trained and certified Yoga Instructor and will be providing flow and yin classes. Classes will be held in the evenings and span for 1 hour to 1hour and 15 minutes.
Meditation sessions are an amazing way to connect with others to deepen and share your meditation practice. Rebecca Macqueen will be conducting group meditation sessions starting in the near future.
Cate Marshall is a trained and qualified Pilates instructor and will be providing small group mat classes and personally training. Classes will be conducted in the mornings and will span for 45 minutes.
