Personal Training offers a range of advantages, including faster and more consistent results, increased motivation and commitment. Totally Tracey provides structured and tailored sessions comprising achievable, goals and common-sense exercise principles.

Your Personal Training session will include resistance training (weights, bands, and machines), flexibility (stretching), nutrition (eating sensibly without hopping on the diet bandwagon), cardiovascular conditioning, and functional training.

You will learn the correct techniques and reasons these areas of fitness are important. You’ll cross train (change activities) and alternate how hard you work over specific time periods to maintain your interest, ensure that you have fun and keep the results coming.

Fitness is a combination of healthy eating and living, and regular exercise. It doesn’t matter if you are a beginner or advanced in Fitness, I can help you take the first steps towards a better lifestyle and greater success with your training pattern.

Totally Tracey offers Certified Personal Training at our air-conditioned studio, in your home, or in a park. Helping you as you work towards a healthier lifestyle and meet your personal goals is what Totally Tracey's Personal Training Services are all about. Personal Training sessions will be scheduled to suit you and your needs.

Your first session

Will involve a comprehensive fitness assessment to establish your personal goals, your specific needs and discuss all aspects of your training program.

This process allows me to fully understand your requirements and any other aspect of your lifestyle that may have a bearing upon your training.

Upon completion of this consultation, we will commence one-on-one training sessions designed to motivate you to achieve your fitness goals.

Each training session is unique and may cover different aspects of your overall program. However all sessions will target your specific needs with your personal goals revisited when necessary.

personal Training with Totally Tracey will give you increased energy and a better state of mind and health. As you increase your fitness you reduce your chance of heart disease and will be much better equipped to manage stress. During your Personal Training sessions you will be motivated and encouraged to ensure you enjoy yourself and are executing your exercises safely.

In addition to discussing your situation, needs, and preferences, I pledge to work so that these needs and desires are satisfied. That way Totally Tracey’s major objective – your physical fitness and personal wellness –gives you an edge.

You can work one-on-one or in a group.
