Our teacher training program is comprehensive and thorough, providing students with access to an online program as well as face to face delivery at our beautiful bush retreat. The course is suitable for those wishing to teach, set up their own practice as an accredited Vitality Yoga teacher or for the student wishing to deepen their own awareness and understanding of themselves through the practice of Yoga.
Students attend weekend lectures held every month, practice and record their daily Yoga practice and participate in an intensive retreat, living the yogic way. Our program includes a range of teachers and mentors, each with the expertise and passion to inspire student teachers as well as equip them with the best possible training should they choose to make Yoga their new career.

As well as our weekend course Vitality now offers a midweek course, also running over a 12-month period entailing 260 contact hours.
Our mid-week retreats run each month over twelve months, Tuesday evenings through to Thursday afternoons.
If you choose to further expand your training with our meditation teacher training course, you also have the option of having hours of meditation training and practice free of charge as a prelude to this course.

All our courses are held in picturesque, tranquil environments that have been specifically designed with your spiritual development and learning in mind.
Our Victorian retreat is located approximately 20 minutes from Bendigo. Here you will learn in a bright, open Yoga space surrounded by picturesque bush and European style vineyard.
Youll relax and study in front of a large open fire inside our cosy mud brick library and get Ayurvedic and organic cooking tips in our provincial kitchen.
Accommodation is clean and simple, choosing from bunk dorms, or floor futon style. Our Tasmanian venue, in the heart of the Huon Valley is less than one hour south of Hobart. Niche is a peaceful private, waterfront retreat with breathtaking views of Cygnet Bay.
A maximum of four persons per room and a total of 12 persons only can join this course.
Students have the option of residential stays during lecture times for a deeper yogic experience at no additional cost.
