My name is Karen (aka Kaz) and at Walk and Talk Australia I am active in supporting individuals, such as yourself who are struggling with depression, change, grief, anxiety and relationship issues (just to name a few). As a professional therapist and counsellor, my job is to guide you as you take the necessary steps towards making positive changes in your life, healing and developing a healthy mind. Together we will work to reveal and improve your life and remove daily points of stress, the things that get in the way of what it is, that you are really searching for from your life.
Something unique about Walk and Talk is that we provide walking as part of your healing process. Going for a Walk and Talk provides you with a peaceful setting for you to share what is on your mind, without the formal face to face office type environment. When we go for a Walk and a Talk, we will be surrounded by the amazing Lake Macquarie, Swansea Channel and local beaches, as we apply nature’s remedies, like sunlight and fresh air to the difficulties that you are experiencing.
