Remedial Massage is covered by most private health funds. All treatments contain a remedial massage. You may be able to claim part of your treatment fee depending on the level of health cover you have.

Treatment Menu - Detailed
Remedial Deep Tissue Massage uses a combination of soft tissue massage, trigger point therapy and firm pressure to go deep into muscle tissue, releasing deep, long standing muscle tension yet also providing therapy for the mind and spirit. This is the perfect treatment for anyone suffering backache, headaches, specific injuries or muscular pain. 30, 45, 60 and 90 min sessions available.
Swedish Relaxation Massage is a gentle soft tissue massage technique that provides sheer therapeutic bliss. Relax as your tensions and worries are massaged away, your energies are balanced and your body’s natural healing ability is activated by the long, flowing strokes, muscle kneading and skin friction techniques. 30, 45, 60 and 90 min sessions available.
Sports Massage is an invigorating massage designed specifically for those who exercise regularly. The treatment incorporates deep tissue techniques and trigger point therapy and usually focuses on the muscle groups used in the chosen sport or exercise. The massage is tailored to aid the body’s healing of specific muscular injuries or to complement pre or post event training. 30, 45, 60 and 90 min sessions available.
Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage is an ancient Polynesian, deep, rhythmical massage. The rhythmical flow is very relaxing, it creates a deep sense of harmony and well being, while also releasing muscular tension and improving the mobility of joints. It assists detoxification and waste removal, as it stimulates the lymphatic, circulatory and digestive systems. It works gently but deeply into the muscles using continuous flowing strokes totally nurturing the body. 75 min session.
Thermal Stone Therapy has been around for thousands of years. Native Americans used stone or bricks wrapped in cloth to place on injured parts of their bodies. Warm volcanic basalt lava stones are strategically placed on key tension points on the body to prepare the areas for deeper massage. The direct placement of the stones on the body acts immediately, relaxing the muscles, even before the massage has begun. The rocks are then combined with warm aromatic oil and massage. They are actively guided over the body to ease tension, stimulate circulation and melt away stress. Each massage stroke is magnified because the muscle tissue has been loosened by the rocks. 45, 60 and 90 min sessions available.
Deluxe Foot & Lower Leg Massage incl Reflexology and Scalp Massage. Your feet are treated to an aromatic foot bath, followed by a gentle foot exfoliation and then a foot and leg massage. After the application of the foot mask, relax with a soothing scalp massage. This treatment concludes with a reflexology treatment for general well being. 45 and 60 min sessions available.
Uspa Petite Facials are personalised treatments for the face and body utilising Uspa products. Each ritual begins with a deep cleanse and exfoliate of the face. A 60min Body Wrap includes a relaxing decolletage and facial massage and remedial neck massage.

Regenerative Elixir: This wrap is designed for overall body regeneration, over-indulgences, grief and anti-depression.
Hydramax Elixir: This wrap is ideal for balancing yin/yang, body hydration, after sun and great for winter skin.
Refining Elixir: This wrap is emotionally normalising, ideal for the elderly, calming to the body, great for headache relief and anti-depression.
Purifying Elixir: This is a detoxifying wrap that may act like a diuretic. Wonderful pep up for fatigue and stress, invigorating to the entire body.

Pregnancy Massage is a beneficial therapy during the prenatal period. It can help to alleviate the additional stress and strain on muscles and joints thus helping you feel and sleep better. All the above treatments are suitable for pregnant women however not during the first trimester of pregnancy.
