Cice Chiropractic has been providing chiropractic services to the Hills Community for over twenty years. We welcome you and your family to our practice. The clinic operates at Kellyville and Glenhaven with four Chiropractors and four Chiropractic Assistants. We are committed to treatment excellence and in making your visit with us pleasant and informative.
SERVICES
OUR CARE
We understand each patient is different and tailor the treatment to each individual need. A thorough history is taken by the chiropractor followed by an examination of your posture, spine mobility, flexibility and relevant tests specific to your complaint. Some cases may be more complex requiring further investigation. If necessary you will be referred for radiological services to confirm diagnosis or to your GP should we detect your complaint is not related to a musculoskeletal cause amendable to chiropractic care.
Treatment consists of 10 – 20 min of soft tissue therapy followed by a full range of advanced chiropractic techniques based on current scientific and clinical research. These techniques may include spinal or peripheral adjustments, the use of heat, muscle release therapies, activator, flexion distraction, electrotherapy, neuro emotional technique and pelvic blocking. Treatment is tailored to your individual need and implemented to the highest standards of care.
OUR TEAM
John Cice
John was first introduced to chiropractic when he was dancing with the Queensland Ballet Company. After a dance injury, chiropractic treatment allowed him to continue his dancing career. This inspired him to go on to study chiropractic. He graduated from the Sydney College of Chiropractic in 1984 with a Diploma in Chiropractic and Diploma in Osteopathy. John has over 20 years experience in managing the clinic and in treating patients. John is passionate about providing relief in acute pain syndromes and care for the chronic sufferer. He encourages patients to seek regular chiropractic treatment to assist in maintaining health and a sound framework for prevention for a better quality of life.

Angela Cice
Angela completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage in 1980. This inspired her to continue her studies to care for her patients. She completed a Bachelor of Science at the University of New South Wales and then a Masters in Chiropractic (Macquarie University). Angela comes from a large family with 9 siblings and is mother to 3 children. Angela has a specialisation on the health and wellbeing of babies and pregnant women.

Hossain Tefaili
Hoss holds both a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Chiropractic (Macquarie University). He has practised at Cice Chiropractic for 10 years and enjoys treating diverse spinal, musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions. Hoss tutors in the Masters program at Macquarie University teaching and correcting students in the chiropractic technique (diversified) Hoss loves hang gliding and spending time with his wife and five children.

Deanne Adams
Deanne graduated with Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise and Sport Science (Sydney University) 2004 and continued working as an exercise physiologist in the sport and fitness industry. Deanne completed a Masters of Chiropractic (Macquarie University) in 2010. She is proficient in treating patients from the onset of the injury through to rehabilitation phase using exercise therapy to prevent further chronic conditions and recurrence. Deanne is qualified in Remedial Massage and with Neuro Emotional Technique. This chiropractic modality (Neuro Emotional Technique) is used to normalise unresolved emotions and behavioural patterns, which may be preventing healing, or causing harm to your body.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
The body has inherent power to restore and heal itself without the use of unnecessary drugs or surgery. By using traditional hands on treatment followed by corrective spinal adjusting techniques, structure, balance and flexibility can be restored and the nervous system better integrated to provide healing and restorative vigour to the body. We influence structure to restore function.

Our goal is to help our patients recover as quickly as possible with the least amount of disability and discomfort. Our chiropractic team is highly trained and experienced in identifying spinal, muscular, neurological and ligamentous problems.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Gailt Scan
Abnormal foot function can affect not only the feet but other parts of the body including knees, hips and back, causing pain and discomfort. For this reason, Cice Chiropractic has installed state of the art computer technology that helps the chiropractor assess and analyse the feet via a gait scan. Based on this technology orthotics can be ordered to correct the foot function and restore your natural walking pattern. This can relieve foot, knee, hip and back pain.
Reflexology
Reflexology works through the feet to relax the body, release tension, inflammation and pain, improve circulation, digestion and renew vitality. Consultations are available on arrangement.
