These hour long classes run in blocks of 4 weeks and focus on various meditation and mindfulness techniques, aimed to reduce stress, calm a racing mind, ground yourself more fully and increase awareness and clarity of thought. Maximum of 10 per class.

Suitable for beginners, my sound meditation class is more of an experience than a lesson. This 1 hour session looks to reduce tension and stress so that your physical body can access its natural healing ability. It can soothe the mind and body, improve the quality of sleep, reduce anxiety, settle and calm emotions, destress and allow for a peaceful and relaxing state of being.
