What is Life Coaching


Coaching helps you clearly define the goals and dreams you want to achieve and goes about making them a reality. Coaching is a combination of a mentor to believe in you and help you set bigger goals for yourself....

A manager to break down the goals in to-do-able bits... A personal trainer to keep you moving along your path and a sports coach to give you feedback to help improve your game.

A Coach helps set goals provides feedback, perspective, encouragement and new ways of tackling situations. It's like having someone running alongside you” in life, giving you the extra input and insights that can really make a difference to your success

How does coaching work?


A 1 hour coaching session gives you background information to Serenity Life Coaching and an overview of the coaching process.

It also covers how coaching works and how it feels to be coached. In this session, we define three primary goals, larger and more inspiring than you could ever manage to dream up on your own.

In the subsequent session, strategies are set and actions are developed to move you forward towards your desired goals.

There is a minimum of 12 sessions in the Coaching series.

Each session involves a Coaching conversation for one hour per week or fortnight over a period of 3 months or 6 months.

This amount of time is generally long enough to break any existing habits and short enough for you to remain focused and see the achievement of the goals.
