  • Bowen Technique is a gentle, dynamic non invasive body therapy which works on the muscle and soft tissue facia at specific proprioreceptic neuro muscular trigger points of the body.

  • This activates the bodys own healing mechanisms to release muscle spasms and address skeletal imbalances and increase blood supply to the affected area.

  • Lymphatic drainage is increased to clear away dysfunctional debris, which interferes with healthy muscle and joint activity. The treatment takes approximately 20 minutes and a post treatment should be followed to obtain maximum benefit from the therapy.
