Welcome to your Personal Training page – whether it be in person at the studio or virtually, personal training is just that – personal one on one or small group sessions with the focus on you and your goals and your technique..
Sessions are either 30, 45 or 60 minutes in length, and all exercises are chosen to specifically meet and match your goals and any current injuries you may have. Sessions can be held at the PT Studio, at a friend’s place for a small group session, at your workplace, or virtually.
Virtual based sessions can be held via Skype, Zoom or Messenger (or similar).
