Highly comprehensive 60 minute consultation where Melissa will address your health concerns and review your nutrition history, current eating habits and lifestyle choices.
A 30 minute session where you will be presented with your individually tailored Functional Health Plan based on your goals and our initial discussions.
A ‘check-in’ over the phone where we will measure your progress and make any adjustments to your plan.
Follow-up Sessions - Once you have completed the initial package, follow-up sessions can be scheduled. These 30 minute visits are available to provide structure, commitment and accountability to support you in achieving your health goals.
