In my practice I welcome clients wishing to work with both short-term issues and more in depth self-discovery. I believe in a sense of safety between the client and therapist. All clients can be assured of a confidential, non-judgmental and authentic communication. I have extensive life experience that I believe I bring to my work. My therapeutic work incorporates techniques such as: Focusing on Personal Story, Creative Expression of Thoughts, Emotions, Body Sensations, Symptoms, Memories, Dreams, Images, Symbols, Relationships with Others and with the World. Thought based processes and behaviour pattern changing processes are also used.
I have extensive work experience in the field of addiction (drug and alcohol, gambling and food). I also specialize in running workshops to understand the importance of Boundaries in our lives.
