Welcome to Change Therapy Hypnosis and Counselling, my name is Janine Fowler. Change Therapy is a client centred practice specialising in Psychotherapy and Counselling. I am a professional member of both the Australian Hypnotherapy Association and the National Hypnotherapists Register of Australia and hold a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, a Clinical Qualification in Ego State Therapy and have trained in many other counselling modalities. I am a graduate of the Academy of Hypnotic Science and am a registered health provider with many private health funds.
I have been helping people make change in their working lives during a career in the business sector in both Learning and Development and Sales Management for more than 20 years. Five years ago I made the decision to change my own direction and have been running my own successful Hypnotherapy and Counselling Practice where I can now help people on a more personal level. I am passionate about assisting people achieve their goals and helping them believe in all that they are and all that they can be.
