I first met Tammy in early 2006, our 6 month old baby had severe croup and our family doctor at the time kept telling me there was nothing wrong with her.
Out of sheer desperation I looked through the yellow pages to try and find a natural practitioner. Tammy’s ad jumped out at me and we had an appointment that same day. A simple non-intrusive examination followed and a personalised remedy was prescribed.
Within 3 days of taking the herbal remedy, prepared by Tammy, our daughter was completely well.
About a month after this first meeting I started to suffer from sore hands in the morning, I put up with this for about 5 months with it steadily getting worse. Finally I went to our new family Dr and was sent to a specialist who gave a diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis, unwilling to start me on treatment until we had finished our family she urged us to consider our options.
After the arrival of our second beautiful daughter the arthritis returned with a vengeance. My husband suggested I visit Tammy to see if there was anything she could do. Three months of following an elimination diet and taking my herbal remedy saw the pain disappear (along with 17 kilos of unwanted weight!) and my energy levels soar. Turns out I had an intolerance to wheat and dairy wasn’t great for me either, now eliminating these things from my diet is enough to keep the arthritis (and weight) under control.
Four years on neither of our children, now 4 and 2 have ever been on antibiotics, Tammy is no longer contacted out of desperation, rather, she is our first call! HERBAL MEDICINE
Did you know that 30% of medicines today are originally derived from plants? Herbal medicine has been used for thousands of years. Medicinal plants are used to treat many conditions... they are Safe and fast working when dispensed by a professional herbal practitioner.
Herbs can be effective for ear, nose and throat conditions, allergy, asthma and eczema, along with other skin conditions. Also PMS, menopausal symptoms other hormonal imbalances including fertility.
IRIDOLOGY
Involves the study of the iris with a magnifying torch. By viewing the iris deficiencies and imbalances can be located. The iris is a map of your body, where your inner strengths and weakness can be viewed by a qualified Iridologist.
REMEDIAL MASSAGE
No treatment protocol is totally complete without a good massage. With hands-on treatment the healing process can be accelerated. Tammy uses massage as a form of relaxation as well as for addressing ailments like tense neck and shoulders, sport-related injuries or arthritic pain. For injuries or chronic pain exercise regimes are also given to help the body recover.
LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE MASSAGE removes CELLULITE and fluid retention
Is a form of gentle yet affective body work. Patients who suffer with fluid retention (oedema), swollen arms and/or legs, cellulite and insomnia find great relief from their symptoms with lymphatic drainage treatments.
Lymphatic drainage is useful for oedema related to lymph gland removal and or injury. It is also effective for insomnia, constipation, nervous tension, chronic fatigue syndrome, poor circulation, and sinus congestion.
NUTRITION
Specific diets and eating regimes are addressed for each patient according to their needs. After all we are what we eat, drink and think.

REIKI and HYPNOTHERAPY
