REIKI WORKSHOPS
Sanctuary is the perfect environment to learn Reiki. You will be surrounded by the high vibration of inspirational Angel Artwork in an atmosphere of peace and harmony. Workshops are held regularly at Sanctuary, If the dates do not suit you, we can arrange individual sessions, or you may wish to form your own group of five or more, group discount applies, call for details. Individual Reiki tuition is also available by appointment.
Reiki 1
The next Reiki 1 Workshop will be held on Saturday November 22nd.
Reiki 1st degree is a complete system of natural healing and relaxation technique for yourself and others.
Reiki 2
Reiki 2 is for those who have already completed Reiki 1 and wish to deepen their experience of Reiki and learn absent healing.
Individual Reiki tuition is also available by appointment.
Glenyss Bourne has been working with Reiki for twenty years both as a practitioner and Teacher and teaches in the way of Doctor Usui.

MEDITATION FOR HEALTH AND WELLBEING

Ann is a Osteopath and Spiritual Teacher who retired here in 2001 from London. Her father was a wonderful healer and trance medium so she grew up accepting the world of Spiritualism. Ann will teach four different Meditation techniques.l
This course will be lead on to more advanced Courses for thosr interested in studying many aspects of self healing, spiritual healing and personal development.

Kirtan works with the emotions and is an uplifting and enjoyable dynamic meditation technique. No experience is necessary, just the willingness to join in, let go and enjoy.
Beginners and experienced drummers are welcome, bring your own percussion instrument if you have one. We have extra drums for you to use and will teach you how to play. Learn how to unlock the power within, and to express yourself freely and joyfully.
This session is be a lot of fun and very healing to the psyche. You are welcome to stay for lunch afterwards, bring a plate of food to share.$15 donation.
