Kinesiology
Kinesiology uses muscle reflex responses or muscle testing to identify imbalances in the body's structural, chemical, emotional or other energy, to establish priority healing needs and the application of a range of gentle yet powerful healing techniques to improve health, wellbeing and vitality.
Muscle testing accesses internal data
often not available to the conscious mind.
It looks beyond the symptoms and

Muscle testing is non intrusive and identifies & corrects energy blockages within the body using a natural feedback system which supplies information via nerve pathways and the meridian system of the body.
Kinesiology bypasses conscious thinking processes to isolate causal factors in the subconscious, body and etheric levels. This system enables the body to clear itself at its own enhanced rate and priority.

The laying on of crystals is an ancient art and is often used in conjunction with energetic healing. Using crystals helps to dissolve stress, remove blockages, support new intentions and bring harmony. Energy Healing & Reiki
Every human has subtle energy centres and meridians that flow around the body and which when blocked, lead to dis-ease. There are seven main chakras within the physical body. The purpose of the chakras is to serve as a connection between our aura and our physical body. Each chakra resonates to particular organs and systems and also indicates the growth factor associated with it, as shown in the chart below. Blockages occur when we are having difficulties with achieving these goals. Hands-on energy healing clears away congested energy, strengthens centres or removes excess energy. Using energy healing and kinesiology together helps to detect disruptions to chakras and the aura and remove them, bringing about balance, health and wellbeing and moves us towards achieving our life’s goals.

The Consultation
A Kinesiology consultation will take approximately 1.5 - 2 hours. It starts with a brief chat about your general health and medical history and the difficulties you are experiencing and then we start the kinesiology treatment, which is usually referred to as a 'balance'. This is where you lay down on the massage table and relax, while I investigate, with muscle testing, the areas where you need assistance and advise you of the procedure to clear any imbalance. Once this is complete you will be muscle tested to see if you require a remedy/remedies to continue the healing after the balance. It is a very simple process and totally non intrusive, in fact most people comment on how relaxed they feel after the session.
As the treatment requires a lengthy time on the massage table, I usually specialise in adult treatment or children over 12 years that can manage a period of time on the table. Occasionally, I treat children when a parent acts as a surrogate for them but do not treat on an individual basis.
Health Fund rebates are available depending on your Health Fund and level of coverage.
